Special programs
We also run special programs for non-profits and support for indie podcasts.
Everyone who has already contacted us as a non-profit or was selected for support has been granted access.
If you didn’t have a subscription
Users without a subscription have been moved to the free Start plan.
All your podcasts are available and won’t be deleted: people can listen to them and analytics keeps being collected.
But if a podcast has more than 5 episodes, you won’t be able to publish a new one. To publish new episodes, switch to one of the paid plans.
If you had a scheduled episode, it will be published at the scheduled time.
Creators with a mave+ subscription don’t need to do anything — it has simply become the Plus plan.
How do I switch to Hobby if I have more than two podcasts?
Current creators with more than two podcasts can switch to the Hobby plan, but only 2 of their podcasts will count as active.
When you switch, the platform will ask you to choose two podcasts that will work with no limit on the number of episodes. The rest will become inactive: they will stay available, people can listen to them and analytics will keep being collected, but you won’t be able to publish new episodes in them.
You can change your active podcasts no more than once every 90 days. If you subscribe today and choose two podcasts, you can change your choice again in 90 days.

Questions and answers
Your account has moved to the Start plan. All your podcasts, episodes and stats are still there, and listeners see everything as before. There is one limit: in a podcast with more than 5 episodes, new episodes can only be published on a paid plan.
No. We don’t delete or hide anything: your episodes stay available on the podcast website, on mave.stream and on every platform you distributed them to.
Yes, you can pay by invoice.
Email us at help@mave.digital or via the in-app chat — we’ll prepare an invoice and closing documents.
Yes, you can pay with foreign cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Published episodes stay available. To release new ones, you need the Hobby or Plus plan. If you have fewer than 5 episodes, you can keep publishing until you reach the limit.
Published and hidden ones. Drafts don’t count, so you can create as many as you like. Hiding an episode doesn’t free up a slot; deleting it does.
Nothing. The one-podcast limit only applies to new podcasts: all podcasts created before the switch keep working on the Start plan. People listen to them on every platform and stats keep being collected. The 5-episode limit counts separately for each podcast. You can’t create new podcasts without a paid plan.
They will be published at the scheduled time, even if you are on the Start plan and over the limit.
No. The RSS feed and distribution work on every plan, including the free one. Links to your podcast don’t change.
No. The plans only apply to mave.creators hosting, where you upload episodes for RSS distribution. mave.stream stays free for both creators and listeners.
Yes, your full history is still there and new plays keep being counted. Full analytics is available on every plan. Export to CSV and XLSX is on the Plus plan.
No. We moved you to the Plus plan automatically. Your billing date stays the same, and all Plus features are already available.
On the Hobby plan, two podcasts can be active at a time — you choose them when you switch. The rest don’t go anywhere: their episodes stay available to listeners and stats keep being collected, but you can’t publish new episodes in them. You can change your active podcasts once every 90 days. If you need to publish more than two podcasts, the Plus plan is the right fit.
Yes, paid episodes are available on every plan, including Start.
Yearly billing saves 15%: Hobby is $99 ($8.25 a month), Plus is $199 ($16.58 a month).
Your account will move to the Start plan, and all published episodes will stay available. Paid features will be turned off, and if a podcast has more than 5 episodes, you won’t be able to publish new ones without a subscription.
Cancel the Hobby plan under Manage subscription. It keeps working until the end of the paid period, after which you can subscribe to Plus. Your episodes, stats and podcast settings are kept. We’ll add direct plan switching a bit later.
No. Episodes are unlimited on the Hobby and Plus plans, and we don’t plan to introduce a limit.
