This Refund Policy applies to the mave+ subscription purchased from Master Software and Advertising LLC ("mave", "we", "us") and forms part of the Recurring Payments Terms and the Terms of Use.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your mave+ subscription.
However, if for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription, please review our refund terms below.

1. Refund Period

You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 3 (three) days of purchasing it. After this period, payments are non-refundable, except in the cases described in Section 2 "Special Conditions" or where required by applicable law.
If you cancel after the refund period, you keep access to mave+ until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. You can cancel at any time under "Manage subscription" on app.mave.digital.

2. Special Conditions

A refund is also available if technical problems with access to the service or to mave+ features are not resolved within 5 (five) business days of your request to our support team.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team by email at help@mave.digital and include the email address of your mave account and the date of the payment.
We will review your request within 1 (one) business day.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before disputing the payment with your bank, so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

4. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 (five) business days of approval. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe; depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
