These Recurring Payments Terms are entered into between you, the User ("you"), and Master Software and Advertising LLC ("mave", "we", "us") to govern the use of the paid mave+ subscription on the platform app.mave.digital.

1. Service

The mave+ subscription provides extended features of the platform app.mave.digital.

2. Billing Frequency and Price
The subscription can be paid:

• Monthly: $19 per month / €17 per month
• Annually: $195 per year / €175 per year

Prices are shown in USD or EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes. Your subscription renews automatically, and you are charged monthly or annually from the date you subscribe to mave+, according to the billing period you selected, until you cancel.

The mave+ subscription under these Terms is available only to Users who reside and are located outside the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Payments made with cards issued in, or from billing addresses or IP addresses located in, these countries may be declined.

3. Payment Methods

Payment can be made using the methods supported by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe"), which may include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The methods available to you are shown on the checkout page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. The funds are debited by your card-issuing bank based on a payment request submitted through Stripe under the agreements between Stripe and Master Software and Advertising LLC.
The User warrants that they are the holder of the bank card or other payment method used, or are authorized by its holder, and that they enter all required payment details knowingly, correctly, and completely when activating the mave+ subscription.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time under "Manage subscription" on the platform app.mave.digital. Cancellation takes effect from the start of the next billing period: you keep access to mave+ until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

5. Consent to Storing Payment Credentials

By subscribing, you consent to the storage of limited payment credentials for future transactions.
We do not store your full bank card details; payments are processed by Stripe.
We store a limited set of credentials: the last four digits of your card and the email address used for the subscription.
This data is used only for automatic recurring payments.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on our website(s) or by notice provided through the services, by email, or by other appropriate electronic means. The updated Terms take effect immediately unless our notice states otherwise. If a change affects the price of your subscription, we will notify you before your next charge, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
